these go somewhere on the lower control arm but i dont remember where and i cant find them in my manual?

Yes and yes. You will have to fabricate motor mounts. You will also have to cut out the stock transmission crossmember. I found some good motor mounts from street and performance...it will be a biscuit style welded to the inner frame Use the stock radiator. Way more cooling capacity than any late mo...

yea after buying mine and seeing them i think i could have made some out of sheet metal and they would really have looked better but thats just one more thing i dont have to build i think my next thing is to build my own double intake and dual exaust manifold using original parts split and welded b...

right i would be affraid to start from scratch on a deal like that i think i would just do one section at a time and see it thru befor moving to the next spot i wouldnt know how else to attack a project that big but i guess you have to start somewhere and sitting there looking at it isnt getting it...

i had my frame blasted...quotes were 100-200 dollars and it was in that range...i would have done it myself for next to nothing but living in the city right now and that wasnt happening. then i used rustoleum clean metal primer and professional gloss black. i think paul's prep method was great...peo...

people should know what i learned the hard way...a completely dissasemble car takes up atleast 3x the room of an assembled car! my 3 car garage is taken over, part of my dads 2 car, and some stuff outside as well! paul you have a great brother.

i bought both sides front and rear...after blasting i dont know if i will need any of them...just some sheet metal patches...so i have them and might need to get rid of them to you this spring if you are interested...i bought them from the guy in detroit off of ebay that you recomended.

These are the last of the photos I took in 2000. I had some friends over to help lift the body off of the frame. My Dad had some old oak planks to use to lift the body up. As we lifted, blocks were placed under the planks until we got it high enough to pull the frame out. this was a great idea for ...

im doing a 8.1L vortec big block...got the motor mounts from street performance. my neighbor gave me an 8.8 rearend out of his wrecked 93/94 explorer that i will freshen up and put in the back...otherwise im keeping the rest of the suspension stock hopefully but might have to change the steering due...
